The GREEN DEVIL New Generation Mervex Series Safety Hard Hat 3 in 1 system is the ideal choice for ANSI Type I head protection. Suitable for a variety of occupations, this hard hat offers comprehensive above-the-neck safety features.
The hard hat is molded from high impact penetration resistant ABS materials, providing excellent head protection. It is lightweight, strong, and comfortable, fitting head sizes from 53-63cm/ 20.86-24.80 inches.
Equipped with a pair of adjustable hard hat attachment ear muffs, the hard hat offers hearing protection with a noise reduction rating (NRR) of up to 25dB, shielding the ears from loud noises. The ear muffs are super slim and snug, and can be removed when not needed.
The hard hat also features an easy flip-up clear visor that provides good visibility and debris protection. The visor can be slid down to protect the eyes against scratches, dust, or debris, and slid back up when not in use.
The hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1, Type 1, Class C standards, and is designed with several comfort and convenience features. It has an adjustable 6-point suspension system for improved shock absorption and overall comfort, and a replaceable soft brow pad. The adjustable chin-strap with molded chin-cup provides extra security and stability, and is easy to remove.
The one-handed adjustment design of the Rapid-Dial ratcheting headgear allows workers to modify the fit without removing the hard hat, even with gloves on. Sliding vent holes enable easy opening and closing based on weather conditions, while the universal slots allow for the use of multiple hard hat accessories.
Additionally, the hard hat features a high-visibility (Hi-Viz) design on the front, rear, and sides, increasing the user's visibility under low light conditions. It is available in multiple color options.
